Als vorbereitende Maßnahmen zum Ersatzneubau der Kreuzungsbauwerke Grünauer Kreuz ist die Errichtung einer bauzeitlichen Zufahrt über die Falkenbrunnstraße und den Bahndamm der Strecken 6142-1 und 6147-2 herzustellen. Dafür ist in den Gleisen der Strecken 6142-1 und 6147-2 der Einbau von zwei Hilfsbrücken erforderlich. Vorhandene Leitungen müssen umverlegt werden und die Oberleitungsanlage umgebaut. Weiterhin erfolgt die Baufeldfreimachung und die Einrichtung von BE-Flächen.
