CargoBeamer ist ein international tätiger Logistikdienstleister mit Sitz in Deutschland und bietet im kombinierten Verkehr innovative Lösungen, um kranbare und nicht kranbare Sattelauflieger umweltfreundlich über die Schiene zu transportieren. Die CargoBeamer Terminal Kaldenkirchen GmbH beabsichtigt den Ersatzneubau der Eisenbahnüberführung EÜ Dahlweg in Nettetal-Kaldenkirchen im Bereich des CargoBeamer-Terminals. Das bestehende Bauwerk befindet sich bei Bahn-km 18,490 der Strecke 2510 Viersen–Kaldenkirchen im Bereich des Ausziehgleises 21 und überführt die Gleisanlage über den Dahlweg. Bei dem Bestandsbauwerk handelt es sich um eine Gewölbebrücke aus Ziegelmauerwerk mit Schrägflügeln. Aufgrund des baulichen Zustands und des Alters ist ein vollständiger Ersatzneubau vorgesehen. Die Vergabe erfolgt als funktionale Generalübernehmerleistung mit Pauschalvergütung. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die gemäß den Vergabeunterlagen geschuldeten Planungs-, Genehmigungs-, Untersuchungs-, Koordinierungs-, Rückbau- und Bauleistungen einschließlich der erforderlichen Prüfungen, Dokumentation und Übergabe eines vollständig funktionsfähigen und abnahmefähigen Bauwerks.
