Objektplanung nach §34 HOAI 2021 Leistungsphase 3+4

Lots Lot 1 — Sanierung Mehrzweckhalle und Feuerwehr Krumbach: Die Gemeinde Biebertal beabsichtigt die Sanierung einer Mehrzweckhalle und Feuerwehr im Ortsteil Krumbach . Für das Vorhaben liegt bereits eine Entwurfsplanung eines externen Planungsbüros vor, niedergelegt in der Kostenschätzung vom 07.09.2026 (Anlage A9 zur AzA) und die Entwurfsplanung vom 28.10.2026 (Anlage A15 zur AzA). Diese wurden mit den gemeindlichen Gremien abgestimmt und dienen als verbindliche Grundlage für die weiteren Planungsleistungen. Lediglich geringe planerische Anpassungen sind im weiteren Verlauf noch möglich. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beauftragung eines Objektplaners zur Erbringung der Grundleistungen des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung nach § 34 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 10 Nr. 10.1 der HOAI 2021 der Leistungsphasen 3 und 4 mithin Entwurfsplanung und Genehmigungsplanung gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung (Bestandteil der Anlage 2: Ausschreibungsunterlagen). Hinzu kommen besondere Leistungen des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung nach § 34 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 10 Nr. 10.1 der HOAI 2021 der Leistungsphasen 3 und 4 in Form von Berechnungen zur Wirtschaftlichkeit /Folgekostenberechnung. Ziel dieser Beauftragung ist der Erhalt einer Baugenehmigung bis Juni 2027.
