Lots Lot 1 — Rahmenvereinbarung über Wartung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Online-Editionen Die Kabinettsprotokolle der Bundesregierung und Akten der Reichskanzlei für das BArch (estimated 252100.84): Mit der Auftragnehmerin wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die regelmäßige Wartung, die Pflege und die Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Online-Präsentationen "Die Kabinettsprotokolle der Bundesregierung" und "Akten der Reichskanzlei" für das Bundesarchiv geschlossen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst auch die Dokumentation der vorgenommenen Maßnahmen, die nach Vertragsende ggf. eine Weiterführung durch eine andere Firma ermöglicht. Auch die Beratung nach aktuellen Standards in Fragen der Frontend-Entwicklung und des Webdesigns ist anzubieten. Die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beginnt voraussichtlich am 01.01.2027 und endet spätestens nach vier Jahren (31.12.2030). Der Höchstwert des Auftragsvolumens der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 252.100,84 Euro (netto). Die Auftragnehmerin hat keinen Anspruch auf Abrufe aus dieser Rahmenvereinbarung.
