Die Stadt Köln, nachstehend Auftraggeberin genannt, beabsichtigt eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Fortsetzungswerken/ Loseblattsammlungen, Jahrbüchern und Grundwerken abzuschließen.

Lots Lot 1 — RV 74 Fortsetzungswerken, Loseblattsammlungen, Jahrbüchern und Grundwerken (Rahmenvereinbarung 74): Es wird kein klassischer Abrufvertrag mit verbindlichen Abnahmemengen geschlossen, sondern eine Rahmenvereinbarung gemäß § 21 VgV, bei der lediglich die Bedingungen für die Einzelaufträge während der Vertragslaufzeit sowie der Preis festgelegt werden. Die voraussichtlich benötigten Mengen wurden auf der Basis der Vorjahre geschätzt und dienen lediglich als Kalkulationshilfe. Die Bestellungen erfolgen ausschließlich nach dem tatsächlichen Bedarf. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf tatsächliche Aufträge im genannten Umfang. Gesamtvolumen: 349.000,00 €/ 4 Jahre
