Die Stiftung St. Nikolaihof in Bardowick, vertreten durch die Hansestadt Lüneburg beabsichtigt die Sanierung der denkmalgeschützetn Gebäude 19 Provisorat von 1559 und dem Gebäude 19d aus dem frühen 19. Jahrhundert. Die Maßnahme wird durch die Städtebauförderung gefördert. Beide Gebäude sollen gleichzeitig saniert werden. Die ausgeschriebene Planungsleistung umfasst die Leistungsphasen 1 -8. Es ist nicht möglich sich nur für ein Gebäude zu bewerben.
