Lots Lot 1 — Versand für 3 Jahre: Versand- und Versandvorbereitung von 1,70 Millionen personalisierten Einladungsschreiben zu einem von der Zentralen Stelle vorgegebenem Datum pro Jahr. - Die Auftraggeberin wird im Anschluss an das Vergabeverfahren zu dieser Leistungsbeschreibung die Briefbeförderung/Versandleistung im Rahmen einer europaweiten Ausschreibung vergeben. Der Druckdienstleister steht bereits fest. Dieser ist für die Verarbeitung die Druckdaten zuständig. Der Versandienstleister (hier ausgeschrieben) - ist für die Sortierung, Konsolidierung und Freimachung (DV-Freimachung oder alternative Frankatur eines alternativen Briefdienstleisters) verantwortlich, nach den drei Varianten (siehe unten, näher beschrieben in Anlage 1 der Ausschreibungsunterlagen) Kurzfassung der möglichen drei Varianten: Variante 1: Freimachung im Druckprozess: Die Freimachung erfolgt bereits beim Druck nach Vorgaben des Briefdienstleisters, entweder mittels DV-Freimachung (DPAG) oder anhand durch eine bereitgestellter portooptimierter Daten (inkl. UPOC). Der Versanddienstleister haftet für Sortierung und Portovorteile, der Druckdienstleiter nur für nachweisliche Bedienfehler. Variante 2: Codebasierte Freimachung: Der Versanddienstleister stellt Software und Freimachungscodes (z. B. UPOC) bereit. Der Druckdienstleister druckt die Codes auf, übermittelt die zugehörigen Sendungsdaten und stellt die Einmalverwendung der Codes sicher. Der Versanddienstleister haftet für Sortierung und Portovorteile, der Druckdienstleister nur für nachweisliche Bedienfehler. Variante 3: Freimachung durch Versanddienstleister: Der Druckdienstleister stellt die Briefe ohne Versandvermerke oder sonstigen Kriterien bereit und übergibt diese in der Reihenfolge der Datensätze der Auftraggeberin an den Versanddienstleister. Alle Aufgaben für den Versand und Vorbereitung müssen durch den Versanddienstleister erfolgen.
