Rahmenvertrag für Postdienstleistungen im Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027 - 31.12.2030. Der Rahmenvertrag ist in zwei Lose für Analoge und E-Post aufgeteilt.

Lots Lot 1 — Analogpost: Los 1: Analogpost. Hierbei wird die Sendung durch den Auftraggeber gefertigt, kuvertiert und zur Abholung in der Poststelle bereitgestellt, dann vom Auftragnehmer abgeholt und an den Empfänger versandt. Los 2: E-Post. Der Auftragnehmer nimmt die Briefe und Anlagen digital entgegen und bereitet diese für die Produktion auf. Der Brief wird vom Auftragnehmer ausgedruckt, kuvertiert und frankiert. Anschließend der Brief auf dem klassischen Postweg dem Empfänger zugestellt. Lot 2 — E-Post: Los 1: Analogpost.
