Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen über die Erbringung analoger und digitaler Postdienstleistungen für die Dienststellen des Landkreises Oder-Spree.

Lots Lot 1 — Postzustellung analog: Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere die Abholung, Annahme, Beförderung, Sortierung und Zustellung von Briefsendungen, die Erbringung von Postzustellungsaufträgen sowie die Leistungen des digitalen Postausgangs einschließlich der elektronischen Datenübernahme, Produktion, Kuvertierung, Frankierung, Übergabe an das Zustellnetz und Zustellung der Sendungen. Der Leistungszeitraum beginnt am 01.03.2027 und endet am 29.02.2028. Der Auftraggeber behält sich das Recht vor, den Vertrag optional um jeweils weitere 12 Monate zu verlängern. Die Verlängerungsoption kann mehrfach ausgeübt werden, wobei die maximale Gesamtlaufzeit des Vertrages 60 Monate nicht überschreiten wird. Lot 2 — Digitaler Postausgang (Hybridpost): Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere die Abholung, Annahme, Beförderung, Sortierung und Zustellung von Briefsendungen, die Erbringung von Postzustellungsaufträgen sowie die Leistungen des digitalen Postausgangs einschließlich der elektronischen Datenübernahme, Produktion, Kuvertierung, Frankierung, Übergabe an das Zustellnetz und Zustellung der Sendungen.
