Das Beschaffungsvorhaben umfasst die Abholung, Vorbereitung mit Frankierung sowie Zustellung von Briefpostsendungen bis 2.000 g inklusive Einschreiben der Kreisstadt Unna. Nicht zur nachgefragten Leistung zählen Päckchen und Pakete.
Lots Lot 1 — Postdienstleistungen: Für alle Sendungsarten ist eine werktägliche Zustellung von Montag bis Samstag, mit Ausnahme gesetzlicher Feiertage am Zustellort, zu den verkehrsüblichen Zeiten zu gewährleisten. Zustellungen sind grundsätzlich gem. §§ 12 ff. Postgesetz (PostG) sowie unter Einhaltung der in § 18 PostG geregelten Laufzeitvorgaben durchzuführen. Es gelten somit folgende Brieflaufzeiten nach aktueller Fassung: - 95% der Standardbriefe E+3 - 99% der Standardbriefe E+4 - Informationssendungen gleichen Inhalts E+4 Eine entsprechende effizientere Brieflaufzeit ist im Konzept anzugeben und wird positiv berücksichtigt.
