Wärmedämmung; - Installation Sanitären Einrichtungsgegenständen; - Einbau Enthärtungsanlage; - Schmutzwasserleitungen ca. 175 m - elektrisch Durchlauferhitzer ca. 17 St. - Rohrnetz Trinkwasser mit Edelstahl Presssystem ca. 299 m - Sanitären Einrichtungsgegenständen ca. 35 Stück Stichwortartige Beschreibung der Baumaßnahme: Das Bauvorhaben umfasst den Ersatzneubau der Kindertageseinrichtung Maria Patrona Bavariae in Oberschleißheim an der Hofkurat-Diehl-Straße 5. Vorgesehen ist die Errichtung eines mehrgeschossigen Hauptgebäudes sowie eines eingeschossigen Nebengebäudes in Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise einschließlich der zugehörigen Freianlagen. Das Hauptgebäude wird mit Erdgeschoss, 1. Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss ausgeführt und umfasst eine Bruttogrundfläche von ca. 1.066 m² sowie einen Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 3.970 m³. Ergänzend ist ein eingeschossiges Nebengebäude in Holzbauweise mit Stahlbetonfundament vorgesehen, welches eine Bruttogrundfläche von ca. 35 m² und einen Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 98 m³ aufweist. Die Kindertageseinrichtung ist für vier Kindergartengruppen mit jeweils bis zu 25 Kindern und damit insgesamt bis zu 100 Kinder ausgelegt; sie wird teilweise als integrative Einrichtung genutzt. Die Erschließung erfolgt barrierefrei über einen Plattformlift.
