Der Burgenlandkreis beabsichtigt das vorhandene Schulgebäude Pestalozzischule komplett zu sanieren. Das Objekt befindet sich an der Altenburger Str . 45a in 0 6712 Zeitz . Der Zugang bzw. d ie Zufahrt zum Schulgrundstück und zum Haupteingang des Gebäudes erfolgt von der Altenburger Straße aus .
Lots Lot 1 — Komplettsanierung Pestalozzischule Zeitz Los 13 - Innenputzarbeiten: Los 13 - Innenputzarbeiten: - ca. 9.237 m2 Unterputz als Kalk-Zement-Putz - ca. 9.237 m2 Oberputz als Kalk-Zementputz - ca. 260 m2 Fliesenunterputz als Zementputz - ca. 2.340 m Laibungsputz unterschiedlicher Breite als Kalk-Zement-Putz an Fenstern - ca. 965 m Einlatten von Türöffnungen Besondere Bedingungen: Folgende Zwischentermine für die Arbeiten sind gegenwärtig: Die Bauausführung wird wahrscheinlich in insgesamt 2 Abschnitten (2 Gebäudeflügel) gestaffelt in je 5 Etagen erfolgen. In Bezug auf die Bauzeit ist zu beachten, dass die Teilbereiche für die Trockenbauleistungen eventuell vorabauszuführen sind Aus dem gestaffelten Bauablauf resultierende Unterbrechung und erneute Besetzung der Baustelle ist in die Einheitspreise einzukalkulieren und wird nicht gesondert vergütet.
