Der Inhalt des Vertrages umfasst die Abholung und den Transport, ggf. Reinigung und Stabilisierung der Mikrofilme zum Zwecke der Digitalisierung, die Durchführung der Digitalisierung sowie die Dokumentation der Arbeiten entsprechend den nachfolgenden Vorgaben.
Lots Lot 1 — Meldefilme: Die Mikrofilme enthalten Reproduktionen von nach der Verfilmung vernichtetem Archivgut (Meldeunterlagen) das in den Bestand 741-4 Fotoarchiv einsortiert ist (ca. 5.837), die erschließende Kartei befindet sich im Bestand 332-8 Meldewesen. Das Los umfasst insgesamt etwa 9,23 Millionen Aufnahmen. Lot 2 — Weitere verfilmte Bestände: Die Mikrofilme enthalten Reproduktionen von weitgehend nach der Verfilmung vernichtetem Archivgut, das unterschiedlichen Beständen zugeordnet werden kann, die Filme selbst sind allerdings im Bestand 741-4 Fotoarchiv einsortiert (ca. 3.209 Filme). Das Los umfasst insgesamt etwa 4,42 Millionen Aufnahmen.
