Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für das UKT und die in den Vertragsunterlagen aufgeführten Bezugsberechtigten mit einem wirtschaftlich leistungsfähigen und fachkundigen Unternehmen zur Lieferung von Druck- und Multifunktionssystemen inkl. Rollout, Gewähr- und Garantieleistungen sowie Full-Services (Betriebslogistik). Alle neuen Geräte sollen netzwerkfähig sein, standardmäßig Duplexdruck beherrschen und mit einem universellen Druckertreiber betrieben werden.
