Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Miet- und Wartungsvertrages über 99 Kopiergeräte einschließlich der in der Leistungsbeschreibung ausdrücklich vorgesehenen Optionen und Nachbestellungen.

Lots Lot 1 — Miete und Wartung von Kopiergeräten für das Landratsamt Ortenaukreis mit Außenstellen und Schulen: Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Miet- und Wartungs-vertrages über insg. 99 fabrikneue, energieeffiziente und emissionsarme Kopiergeräte unterschiedlicher Leistungsklassen (LK I-IV) einschließlich der in der Leistungs-beschreibung ausdrücklich vorgesehenen Optionen und Nachbestellungen. Die Miete beinhaltet folgende Leistungen: - Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme - Einweisung des Personals - Wartung und Service - automatische Lieferung von Verbrauchsmaterial Verwaltung (7 Dienststellen) 32x LK I (MFP, DIN A3/A4, 25 Seiten/Min.) 25x LK II (MFP, DIN A3/A4, 40 Seiten/Min.) Schulen (11 Standorte), jew. optional mit integriertem bzw. externen Finisher 10x LK II (MFP, DIN A3/A4, 40 Seiten/Min.) 32x LK III (MFP, DIN A3/A4, 60 Seiten/Min.) Optionale Position 5x LK IV (MFP, DIN A4, 60 Seiten/Min.) Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, den Gerätepark schrittweise während der Laufzeit dieses Vertrages nach derzeitigem Planungsstand um 23 Geräte zu erweitern, da bestehende Altverträge für Bestandsgeräte sukzessive auslaufen.
