Details

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die flächendeckende Erneuerung und zeitlich befristete Überlassung (All-In-Miete über 36 Monate, 01.02.2027 - 31.01.2030) von insgesamt 30 Multifunktionsgeräten (MFP) für das Rathaus, Außenstellen und Schulen der Stadt Fürstenwalde/Spree. Der Auftrag umfasst die Lieferung, Aufstellung, betriebsbereite Montage, Full-Service-Instandhaltung (inkl. Verbrauchsmaterialien/Toner, Ersatzteile und Vor-Ort-Entstörung am nächsten Werktag) sowie die Einbindung in die bestehende Server- und Print-Management-Infrastruktur (PaperCut MF inkl. RFID-Transponder-Authentifizierung Mifare DESFire EV2). Grobmengen: - 11x Maschine 1 (A4 Multifunktionsgeräte) - 11x Maschine 2 (A3 Standard Multifunktionsgeräte) - 3x Maschine 3 (A3 Standard Konsolengeräte) - 4x Maschine 4 (A3 Power Konsolengeräte Schulen) - 1x Maschine 5 (A3 Power Konsolengerät Rathaus) - Gesamtes Seitenpoolkontingent: 1.200.000 Freiseiten s/w und 800.000 Freiseiten Farbe über die Gesamtvertragslaufzeit von 36 Monaten.

Lots Lot 1 — Anmietung Multifunktionsgeräte 2027-2030: Es wird ein Vertrag über eine Laufzeit von einem drei Jahr geschlossen. Der Vertrag kann einmalig um ein weiteres Jahr bis zum 31.01.2031 verlängert werden. (Vertragsverlängerungsoption ist dem Auftragnehmer bis zum 31.10.2030 bekanntzugeben)
