Die Vertragsapotheke stellt der Jugendanstalt Raßnitz und den Justizvollzugsanstalten Burg (samt der Einrichtung zum Vollzug zur Unterbringung in der Sicherungsverwahrung), Halle und Volkstedt folgende Leistungen zur Verfügung: a. Lieferung und Entsorgung von apothekenpflichtigen Arzneimitteln in entsprechender Anwendung von § 4 (apothekenpflichtige Arzneimittel) Absatz 1, 2 und 3 Arzneimittel-Richtlinie/AM-RL, b. Lieferung von Medizinprodukten (§ 2 Verordnung zur Regelung der Abgabe von Medizinprodukten (Medizinprodukte-Abgabeverordnung – (MPAV)), c. Administrative Leistungen, d. Information und Beratung (§ 20 Apothekenbetriebsordnung – (ApBetrO)). Die Pflicht zur Versorgung mit apothekenpflichtigen Arzneimitteln umfasst auch eine ausreichende Grundbevorratung mit antiviralen Arzneimitteln und die Bereitstellung von Impfstoffen zur Versorgung der Gefangenen im Falle einer Pandemie.
Lots Lot 1 — Lieferung von apothekenpflichtigen Arzneimitteln sowie Medizinprodukten an die Justizvollzugseinrichtungen des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027 bis zum 31.12.2030 (estimated 2750000): Die Vertragsapotheke stellt der Jugendanstalt Raßnitz und den Justizvollzugsanstalten Burg (samt der Einrichtung zum Vollzug zur Unterbringung in der Sicherungsverwahrung), Halle und Volkstedt folgende Leistungen zur Verfügung: a.
