Die Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg, vertreten durch das Beschaffungs- und Vergabecenter der Behörde für Inneres und Sport -organisatorisch angebunden bei der Polizei Hamburg- , beabsichtigt den Abschluss von Rahmenverein-barungen mit möglichst vielen Fahrzeugherstellern, Generalvertretungen oder autorisierten Fachhändlern von Fahrzeugherstellern über den Kauf von verschiedenen Personenkraftwagen (PKW) mit rein batterieelektrischem Antrieb, mit Plug-In Hybrid Antrieb und mit allen anderen Antriebsarten (z. B. (mild-)Hybrid, Gas, Benzin oder Diesel) für sämtliche Behörden, Ämter, Landesbetriebe und Hochschulen sowie ausgewählte Anstalten des öffentlichen Rechts und öffentliche Unternehmen der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg. Der jährliche Bedarf liegt bei ca. 127 Fahrzeugen.
