Es ist eine viergeschossige Bauweise mit Teilunterkellerung vorgesehen. 210 m² Massivholzparkett (Hochkantlamelle, Breitlamelle und Modulklotz) DIN EN 14761, aus Hochkantlamellen, Holzart Eiche QCXE, einschl. Erstpflege, Dicke 22 mm, Lamellenbreite über 8 bis 10 mm 100 m Sockelleiste, Querschnitt B/H 22/60 mm, trapezförmig, Oberkante abgerundet, aus Hartholz, Oberfläche deckend lackiert, geklebt befestigen, Ausführungszeitraum: voraussichtlich Januar 2027
