Die Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg, vertreten durch das Beschaffungs- und Vergabecenter des Bezirksamtes Altona (Vergabestelle), beabsichtigt im Auftrag des Landesbetriebs Verkehr (LBV) den Abschluss eines Dienstleistungsvertrages. Gegenstand ist die Umsetzung straßenverkehrsbehördlicher Anordnungen zur Einrichtung eines gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatzes (§ 45 Abs. 1 StVO) auf der Glacischaussee in 20359 Hamburg im Zusammenhang mit Großveranstaltungen auf dem Heiligengeistfeld sowie die Durchführung des Parkplatzbetriebes.
