Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die Vergabe eines Vertrages zur Belieferung mit Erdgas.

Lots Lot 1 — Erdgasliefervertrag: Das Universitätsklinikum des Saarlandes (UKS) verfügt als medizinisches Hochleistungs- und Kompetenzzentrum der Maximalversorgung mit 38 Kliniken und Instituten über ein breites Leistungsspektrum in der regionalen und überregionalen Gesundheitsversorgung. Der Campus des Klinikums beherbergt die Einrichtungen des Universitätsklinikums des Saarlandes und der Medizinischen Fakultät der Universität des Saarlandes. Diese sind in mehr als 100 Gebäuden untergebracht, die in Pavillonbauweise angeordnet sind. Jährlich werden im UKS über 50.000 Patienten stationär und über 230.000 ambulant behandelt und versorgt. Bei dieser vorliegenden Vergabe handelt es sich um einen Erdgasliefervertrag. Über den Weg dieser Vergabe sucht das Universitätsklinikum des Saarlandes kompetente und verlässliche Partner (im folgenden "Auftragnehmer" und "Bieter") zur Belieferung mit Erdgas. Datum zum geplanten Leistungsbeginn: 01.01.2028
