Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Gasliefervertrages über die Lieferung von Erdgas. Es geht dabei um folgendes Lieferstellengerüst: 2 Lieferstellen mit einer Gesamtmenge von ca. 4.283.076 kWh/a für 2027, 1 Lieferstelle mit einer Gesamtmenge von ca. 1.000.000 kWh/a für 2028 und 2029. Frühester Lieferbeginn ist der 01.01.2027. Der exakte Lieferbeginn einer jeden Lieferstelle ist in Anlage D, die den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt ist, angegeben. Die Vertragslaufzeit endet für eine Lieferstelle mit vierwöchiger Vorankündigung im laufe des Jahres 2027 und für die zweite Lieferstelle am 31.12.2029, ohne dass es hier einer Kündigung bedarf.
