Lots Lot 1 — TSK26024 Lieferung von zwei 4x2 Kommunal-LKW mit Kipperpritsche, Wassertank und 12m Gießarm: Die LKW solle für folgende Zwecke beim Gartenbauamt der Stadt Karlsruhe eingesetzt werden: 1. Pflanzenbewässerung und Grünflächenpflege 2. Betriebsdienst Bauhof 3. Allgemeine Transportleistungen Einzuhaltende Vorschriften Das nachstehende spezifizierte Fahrzeug entspricht zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung und Übergabe mindestens folgenden Vorschriften in ihrer jeweils aktuellen Fassung: Vorschrift Abkürzung Straßenverkehrszulassungsordnung StVZO Kriterien für lärmarme Kraftfahrzeuge aus der Anlage XXI. zu § 49 Absatz 3 der Straßenverkehrszulassungsordnung StVZO Anlage XXI. zu § 49 Abs. 3 Maschinenrichtlinie 2006/42/EG 2006/42/EG Winterdienst- und Straßenbetriebsdienstausstattung- Frontanbauausstattungen nach DIN EN 15432-2 DIN EN 15432 Sicherheitskennzeichnung von Fahrzeugen und Geräten nach DIN 30710 DIN 30710 Unfallverhütungsvorschriften DGUV 1, 70 und 71 DGUV 1, 70 und 71 Falls eine Norm, Rechtsvorschrift oder ein Gesetz seine Gültigkeit verliert und/oder durch eine neue bzw. übergeordnete Version ersetzt wird/wurde, so ist die jeweils aktuelle und gültige Version anzuwenden. Weiterhin sind alle sonstigen anwendbaren Vorschriften in der zum Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung jeweils neuesten Fassung zu beachten.
