Das 1977 fertiggestellte, architektonisch herausragende und unter Denkmalschutz stehende Rathaus mit Kulturzentrum ist in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend saniert werden. Das Gebäude entspricht nicht mehr den Anforderungen an ein modernes Rathaus.

Lots Lot 1 — Sanierung Rathaus mit Kulturzentraum: Metallbauarbeiten Instandsetzung: Der Leistungsbereich beinhaltet Maßnahmen zur Instandsetzung von MetallbauKonstruktionen als Metallbau-Glas- Trennwandkonstruktionen und Metallbau-Deckenverkleidungen des Rathauses und Kulturzentrums Bocholt. Hauptmengen: - Ca. 575 m² (abgewickelte Ansichtsfläche) Instandsetzung Metallbau-Glas-Innenkonstruktionen des Bestandes durch Durchführung einer Überholungsbeschichtung und neuen Verglasung - Ca. 1.850 m² Instandsetzung (neue Pulverbeschichtung) und Remontage von Bestands-Lamellendecken im Gebäudeinneren des Rathauses - Ca. 760 m² Instandsetzung (neue Nasslackierung) und Remontage von Bestands-Rohrornamentik (Durchmesser ca. 50 cm je Rohr, als Rohre mit vollem oder halbem Querschnitt) im Gebäudeinneren des Rathauses - Ca. 100 m² Demontage, Ergänzung bzw.
