Lots Lot 1 — Neubau Kreiskrankenhaus Alsfeld, Metallbauarbeiten 1 (Aluminium Glasfassadenelemente), KKA: Die nachfolgend beschriebene Baumaßnahme stellt einen Krankenhaus Neubau als Ersatzneubau für das im Bestand befindliche, perspektivisch abzubrechende Kreiskrankenhaus Alsfeld dar. Der geplante Neubau ist ein Krankenhaus der Grundversorgung. Der Neubaukörper stellt sich als viergeschossiger Quader dar, dessen Obergeschosse zum Erdgeschoss versetzt sind. Im Überhang befindet sich der Haupteingang. Die notwendigen Technikzentralen werden eingerückt als untergeordnete Bauteile auf der Dachfläche des Baukörpers angeordnet. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Metallbauarbeiten. Die Leistung umfasst die Herstellung, die Lieferung und die Montage von Aluminium-Glas Bauelementen und deren Baukörperanschlüsse. Die Bauelemente umfassen Fensterelemente, bestehend aus Blendrahmen, Flügelrahmen, Festverglasungen und opaken Paneelen vom UG bis 3.OG, sowie Pfosten/Riegelkonstruktionen mit großflächigen Verglasungen im EG und im 3.OG, einschließlich der elektromotorisch betriebenen Sonnenschutzanlagen (Raffstores). Weiterhin beinhaltet die Leistung die Lieferung und Montage einer Karusselltüre (EG, Haupteingang) und diverse Außen-Aluminium-Glastüren im EG sowie Stahlblechtüren im 3.OG im Bereich der Technikzentralen. Zusätzlicher Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Verglasungsarbeiten. Die Leistung umfasst die Lieferung, das Einsetzten und das Abdichten aller Glasscheiben und Ausfachungen.
