Die ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten umfassen sämtliche Metallbauarbeiten im äußeren Bereich im Bestand und für den Neubau einschl. erforderlicher Rückbauarbeiten im Zusammenhang mit geänderten Öffnungen sowie dem erforderlichen Austausch von Elementen im Zusammenhang mit schallschutz- und brandschutztechnischen Anforderungen in Halle 2. Die für die Metallbauarbeiten erforderlichen Arbeits- und Schutzgerüste außerhalb des Gebäude werden bauseits bereitgestellt, es sei denn diese sind in der Pos. gesondert erwähnt. Flächen zum zwischenzeitlichen Aufstellen der Baustelleneinrichtung sowie zur Nutzung als Zwischenlagerplatz für anfallendes Material sind gemäß Baustelleneinrichtungsplan vorhanden. Wasser-, Strom- und Abwasseranschlüsse werden durch die gesonderte Vergabe der Zentralen Baustelleneinrichtung bereitgestellt. Folgende Hauptleistungen sind auszuführen: · Rückbauarbeiten von Fenster- und Türanlagen infolge geänderter Öffnungen und brandschutztechnischer Anforderungen. · Kunststofffenster Neubauten im 2.und 3. OG einschl. Lichthöfe sowie Sonnenschutz · Kunststoffenster zur Ertüchtigung historisch verbleibender Stahlfenster · Lichthofüberdachungen Neubau · Alu-Glas Fenster- und Türanlagen in der Fassade Bestand · Überarbeitung verbleibender Alufenster und Türanlagen sowie nicht historischer Stahlfenster · PR Fassaden · Stahltüren und -tore · Industriefalttore Zur Beschleunigung der Baumaßnahme ist von 2-schichtiger Ausführung auszugehen.
