Implementierung und Integration eines Bilddatenfreigabeportals zur sicheren und zeitlich begrenzten Bereitstellung medizinischer Bilddaten für Patientinnen und Zuweiserinnen.

Lots Lot 1 — Portal zur Freigabe medizinischer Bilddaten: Die Freigabe muss direkt aus den bestehenden klinischen Systemen, insbesondere dem Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) sowie dem Krankenhausinformationssystem (KIS) bzw. Radiologieinformationssystem (RIS), erfolgen können und ein Freigabedokument mit Link und QR-Code erzeugen. Das Portal muss sowohl die untersuchungsbasierte Freigabe aus dem PACS als auch die fallbasierte Freigabe aus dem KIS/RIS unterstützen. Der Zugriff auf die freigegebenen Bilddaten muss über eine intuitive webbasierte Benutzeroberfläche mit integriertem DICOM-Viewer und intuitiver Download-Option erfolgen können. Eine redundante Datenhaltung muss auf das notwendige Minimum reduziert werden; das Portal muss primär auf die im Bildarchiv gespeicherten Daten referenzieren. Die temporäre Zwischenspeicherung der für die Freigabe bereitge-stellten Bilddaten muss innerhalb des Kliniknetzwerks erfolgen. Ein vollständiges Deployment des Portals innerhalb des Kliniknetzwerks wird bevorzugt.
