Gegenstand der BR-Angebotsstudie ist die Erhebung von Daten zu Nutzung und Bewertung von BR-Angeboten im Radio, Fernsehen und auf unterschiedlichen digitalen Plattformen (BR eigene Plattformen Web/App, ARD-Mediathek, ARD-Sounds und andere Podcast-Plattformen, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitch, Snapchat) in der bayerischen und deutschen Bevölkerung. Um sowohl für BR-Angebote für ein bayerisches Publikum als auch für BR-Angebote mit überregionalem Fokus (Angebote in Das Erste, ARD-Mediathek und ARD-Sounds; verschiedene Digitalangebote) Aussagen treffen zu können, soll in drei Erhebungswellen pro Jahr jeweils eine bayernweite und eine deutschlandweite Erhebung durchgeführt werden. Der Vertrag beginnt am 01.01.2027 und hat eine Laufzeit von 12 Monaten bis zum 31.12.2027.(=Grundlaufzeit). Dieser Vertrag verlängert sich nach Ablauf der Grundlaufzeit automatisch bis zu drei Mal um jeweils 12 Monate, wenn keine der beiden Parteien diesen Vertrag 4 Monate vor Ablauf schriftlich kündigt.

Lots Lot 1 — BR-Angebotsstudie: Ziel ist die Erhebung quantitativer (Bekanntheit, Reichweiten, Zielgruppenausschöpfung) und qualitativer Kennzahlen (Globalurteil, Vermissen, Public Value) für die Angebote des Bayerischen Rundfunks, insbesondere auch für jene, die über die Währungsstudien im Audio- und Video-Markt nicht oder nur in Teilen auswertbar sind.
