IBM Wartungsvertrag für insgesamt zwei IBM TS4500 Tape Libraries und 76 IBM LTO-9 Tape Laufwerke

Lots Lot 1 — Ausschreibung PB8-MNT/2026 (Wartung IBM Tapesysteme) (estimated 740000.00): Zwischen 12.12.2026 und 22.04.2027 laufen die IBM Wartungsverträge für insgesamt zwei IBM TS4500 Tape Libraries und 76 IBM LTO-9 Tape Laufwerke aus. Die Wartung soll so verlängert werden, dass für alle Komponenten ein einheitliches Supportende von 22.04.2028 gesetzt ist. Zudem muss die Option enthalten sein, die Wartung der Systeme darüber hinaus jährlich, jeweils um ein weiteres Jahr, bis zum end of service life der Komponenten zur verlängern. Diese Option kann vom LRZ einseitig und ohne Zustimmung des Vertragspartners ausgeübt werden. Die Ausübung der Option muss spätestens einen Monat vor Ablauf der jeweiligen Vertragslaufzeit erfolgen. Maßgeblich für die Entscheidung über die Ausübung der Option sin die verfügbaren Haushaltsmittel sowie die Möglichkeit, das System weiterhin wirtschaftlich zu betreiben.
