Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt einen Rahmenvertrag abzuschließen: - über die Lieferung von netzunabhängigen Stromversorgungen, bestehend aus Grundmodul und Ergänzungsmodul - über die Lieferung von Zubehör zu den angebotenen Geräten - über die Gewährleistungswartung der angebotenen Geräte Der Vertrag hat eine Laufzeit von 2 Jahren. Für den Rahmenvertrag sind folgende Optionen vorgesehen: - Laufzeitverlängerung um 2 weitere Jahre Der Vertrag wird als Wertkontrakt abgeschlossen. Der Vertrag endet nach Zeitablauf oder nach Erreichung des Zielwertes.
