Vollwartungsvertrag für die ersten 5 Jahre: Es sind folgende Hauptleistungen durch den Auftragnehmer zu erbringen: - Lieferumfang: Die Lieferung umfasst den digitalen Linearbeschleuniger mit allen Subsystemen, notwendige Software, sowie Handbücher und Anleitungen. - Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme: des Gerätes und der Subsysteme am Einsatzort durch den Anbieter. - Schulung: Schulung & Einweisung des medizinischen, technischen und physikalischen Personals zur Bedienung, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung der Geräte. Einmessung und Systemintegration zusammen mit den Medizinphysikern. Umfang in der Leistungsbeschreibung unter "Schulungs- und Trainingskonzept und After Sale Support" muss erfüllt werden. - Betrieb, Wartung und Support des Systems: - definierte Garantieleistungen und Kundendienstverfügbarkeit, Reaktionszeit - Fehlerbehebung des Gesamtsystems - Wartungen des Gesamtsystems nach Hersteller- und Gesetzesvorgaben - Updates und Upgrades des Bestrahlungsgesamtsystems - deutschsprachiger Support Teil dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist weiterhin der Abschluss eine Vollservicevertrages mit einer Laufzeit von 5 Jahren.
