Lots Lot 1 — Rahmenvereinbarung Lieferung von Leuchtmitteln: 1. Art und Umfang der Leistung: • Die Leistung beinhaltet die Lieferung von Leuchten, Leuchtmittel und Zubehör (siehe LV). • Die Leistung wird durch schriftliche Einzelaufträge bestellt. Oder durch Onlinebestellungen über den bereitgestellten Zugang des AG. Mit diesen Aufträgen (Bestellscheinen/Onlinebestellung) werden Art, Anzahl, Ort und Zeit der Lieferung festgelegt. Die Rechnungslegung erfolgt je Bestellung. • Ein fester Bestellzyklus sowie Mindestbestellmengen sind für die Einzelbestellungen nicht vorgesehen. Der Auftragnehmer hat bei Bestellung eine Lieferverpflichtung. • Ein festes Bestellvolumen für den vorgesehenen Vertragszeitraum besteht nicht. • Der Bestellumfang pro Jahr beläuft sich auf ca. 140.000 € (Umsatz) mit einer Höchstmenge von 175.000 € pro Jahr. • Der Auftraggeber hat keine Bestellverpflichtung. • Die Preise sind Festpreise und gelten für die Dauer der Liefervereinbarung. 2. Vertragsdauer Die Liefervereinbarung wird voraussichtlich geschlossen für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027-31.12.2028 (eine Verlängerung von 2 x 1 Jahr ist möglich) Weitere Vertragsbedingungen werden bei Zuschlag festgelegt. Sollten im Leistungsverzeichnis veraltete Typen oder nicht mehr beschaffbare Artikel genannt sein, sind Alternativen oder Nachfolger anzugeben. Es sind Stückpreise angegeben. Artikel die in bestimmten Verpackungsgrößen abgenommen werden müssen (Mindestabnahme), sind anzugeben.
