Auf dem Grundstück Jadeallee 59 soll das Trilaterale Weltnaturerbe Wattenmeer Partnerschaftszentrum errichtet werden. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein Hochbunker aus dem zweiten Weltkrieg. Der Bunker bildet den Kern der neuen baulichen Anlage. Auf den Bunker wird ein 4-geschossiger Baukörper gesetzt. Eine kubische Glashülle umschließt den Bunker sowie die Aufstockung und bildet die Außenhülle des gesamten Gebäudes.
