Details

Gegenstand ist die Bereitstellung einer Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi-Cloud Subscription zur li-zenzrechtlichen Fortführung der bestehenden Citrix-Umgebung für 6.800 eindeutige Nutzer (Unique User). Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt verbindlich 36 Monate vom 01.01.2027 bis einschließlich 31.12.2029. Die Zahlung erfolgt jährlich. Die Jahrespauschale ist die Preis- und Abrechnungsform; sie begründet weder eine auf zwölf Monate begrenzte Vertragsbindung noch eine jährliche Neubestellung. Eine ordentliche vor-zeitige Kündigung ist nicht vorgesehen. Gesetzliche und vertragliche Rechte zur außerordentlichen Kündigung bleiben unberührt.
