Lots Lot 1 — Neubau Rathausergänzungsgebäude und Umbau Bestandsgebäude; Gewerk: Außenanlagen: Errichtung eines Rathausergänzungsgebäudes für die Stadtverwaltung Pfullingen, am Rande der historischen Altstadt. Das Ergänzungsgebäude schließt künftig unmittelbar an das bestehende, historische Rathaus an. Das Rathaus ist Kulturdenkmal. Für die Erschließung des neuen Anbaus sind auch Eingriffe in die Bausubstanz des Altbaus von 1685 und in den Anbau von 1905 notwendig. Es finden umfangreiche Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen im Bestand statt. Dabei werden alle Bauteile instandgesetzt sowie die haustechnische Ausstattung erneuert. Arbeiten im Bestand bei laufendem Betrieb. Für das Gewerk Landschaftsbauarbeiten sind folgende Abeiten notwendig: - 975 m2 Pflasterarbeiten Naturstein - 114 m2 Wassergebundene Wegedecke - 190 m2 Pflanzbeete - 80 m Treppe - 22 m Mauerscheiben - 1 Quellstein mit Wasserreservoir - 9 Baum Neupflanzungen - 150 m3 Baumsubstrat - 1 Kabelzugschacht mit Leerrohrpaketen - 2 Unterflurelektranten - 20 Baumstrahler - Diverses Stadtmobiliar: Fahnenmasten, Abfalleimer, Fahrradbügel, Fahnenmasten, Schirme, Sitzbänke und Sitzelemente, Absperrpfosten
