Lots Lot 1 — Garten-/Landschaftsbauarbeiten, Schloss Charlottenburg, Sanierung Freianlagen einschl. Wasserver-/entsorgung, Ehrenhof 5. BA: Die Stiftung Preussische Schlösser und Gärten beabsichtigt auf dem Gelände des Schlosses Charlotten- burg, Spandauer Damm 10-22, 14059 Berlin umfangreiche Maßnahmen in mehreren Teilabschnitten zur Sanierung der Freianlagen einschließlich der Wasserver- und -entsorgung, durchzuführen. Einzelne Be- reiche wie die Schlossterrasse, der Theaterplatz und der Fürsstingarten sind bereits abgeschlossen. Der Ehrenhof wird eingefasst vom Alten Schloss, Küchen- und Kavalierflügel und dient als Eingangsbe- reich für den musealen Bereich des Schloss Charlottenburg. Der Ehrenhof ist heute zu großen Teilen komplett mit Klinker aus unterschiedlichen Zeitenräumen gepflastert. Die Fläche soll einschließlich der Tragschicht komplett saniert und mit neuen Klinkersteinen gepflastert werden. Nicht Teil der Sanierung ist die Fläche aus Großsteinpflaster um das Reiterdenkmal, was in den Randbereichen ggf. nur höhen mäßig angepasst wird. Teil der Maßnahme ist die Verlegung von Leer- rohren für eine separate Elektroinstallation sowie die Erneuerung der Entwässerungseinläufe und der Anschluss an die bereits sanierten Mischwasserleitungen. - ca. 1.550 m3 Schottertragschicht 0/45 herstellen, d= 35 cm - ca. 720 m3 Kleinsteinpflasterflächen aus Granit & Kalk verlegen - ca. 343 m3 Pflaster aufnehmen, lagern, entsorgen bzw. Reinigen - ca. 70 m PE-Kabelschutzrohr DN 100 - ca. 240 m Vollwandentwässerungsrohr, PP, DN/Oca. 240 m Bodenaushub und -entsorgungD 110, Regenwasser -
