Herstellen eines künstlichen Wasserlaufs mit Freianlage (Promenade, Spielbereich, hochwertige Aufenthaltsflächen, Pflanzbereiche, Baumneupflanzungen) Los 1: Wasserbau / Garten- und Landschaftsbau

Lots Lot 1 — Neue Störschleife - Los 1: Wasserbau, Garten- und Landschaftsbau: Das Los 1 Wasserbau und Garten- und Landschaftsbau umfasst im Wesentlichen die Erd-, Tief- und Wasserbauarbeiten zur Herstellung der Wasserflächen einschließlich der zugehörigen Abdichtungs-, Gründungs- und Wasserbauwerke. Weiterhin beinhaltet das Los die Herstellung von Spundwänden, Winkelstützwänden, Stahlbetonbauwerken, Tondichtungen, Bodenfiltern, Leitungsgräben sowie den Einbau von Rohrleitungen und wasserbaulichen Einbauteilen. Weiterhin umfasst das Los die technische Ausstatung der Sedimentaonsanlage, der Wasserentnahme, sowie die zugehörigen Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungseinrichtungen. Zusätzlich umfasst das Los wesentliche Teile der Freianlagen, insbesondere Wege- und Platzflächen, Vegetaonsflächen, Einfassungen, Ausstatungselemente, Stufenanlagen sowie die landschasbauliche Einbindung der Wasserflächen. Als besondere Elemente sind der Störbrunnen und das Störrelief zu nennen. Wege und Platzflächen sind größtenteils aus Naturstein und Klinker herzustellen.
