Lots Lot 1 — Erbringung von Labor- und Serviceleistungen zur Trinkwasseruntersuchung auf Legionellen: Der Auftragnehmer wird mit den vollständigen Untersuchungen gemäß EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2018-03, d. h. mit den Probeentnahmen, den Laboruntersuchungen, den Untersuchungsberichten und den Informationen an Auftraggeber und die Gesundheitsbehörde, beauftragt. Der Auftragnehmer verant-wortet allein und vollständig die Einhaltung der Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Durchführung der Trinkwas-seruntersuchungen entsprechend den gesetzlichen und behördlichen Bestimmungen, den einschlä-gigen allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik, sowie den europäischen und nationalen fachli-chen Normen- und Regelwerken. Anzahl Warmwasserversorgungsanlagen - ca. 750 Anzahl Trinkwasserproben (unverbindliche Prognose) - ca. 6.000 Der Auftragnehmer behält sich vor, die Anzahl der Warmwasserversorgungsanlagen in Folge von Neubau, Zukauf oder anderen Erwerbsmöglichkeiten zu gleichlautenden Konditionen zu erweitern bzw., ohne Anspruch auf Entschädigungen, bei Verkäufen oder anderen Abgangsgründen zu verringern.
