Lieferung, Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme einer Elektronenstrahlverdampfer-Beschichtungsanlage

Lots Lot 1 — Elektronenstrahlverdampfer-Beschichtungsanlage: Das Institut für Physik der Uni Oldenburg benötigt eine Elektronenstrahlverdampfer-Beschichtungsanlage zur Herstellung sehr homogener optischer und metallischer Beschichtungen auf strukturierten und planen Substraten. Vorrangig sollen Bragg-Spiegel aus einem Titandioxid/Siliziumdioxid oder Siliziumnitrid/Siliziumdioxid Schichtstapel aus bis zu 40 Einzellagen und einer Gesamtschichtdicke von bis zu 5µm hergestellt werden. Zusätzlich soll in der Anlage auch die Herstellung von dünnen Metallschichten mit einem thermischen Verdampfer sowie die Substratreinigung mittels Ionenquelle möglich sein. Die optischen Schichten sollen In-Situ mit einem bereits in der Arbeitsgruppe vorhandenen Reflektometriesystem vermessen werden. Für das Reflektometriesystem benötigt die Beschichtungsanlage eine Schnittstelle, über die eine Steuerung des Beschichtungsprozesses möglich ist.
