Beschaffung eines Beschichters zur Fertigung von Batterieelektroden

Lots Lot 1 — Beschaffung eines Beschichters zur Fertigung von Batterieelektroden: Im Rahmen von REFlexBatt 2.0 soll die bestehende Batterielinie am MEET entsprechend erweitert werden, um eine flexible Material- und Prozessentwicklung im Kleinstmaßstab (< 1 kg) unter Verwendung skalierbarer Methoden zu ermöglichen. Dies umfasst insbesondere die Herstellung von Elektrodenpasten bzw. -granulaten sowie die anschließende Zellfertigung. Ergänzend ist die Integration digitaler Lösungen zur Erfassung, Analyse und Auswertung von Prozess- und Qualitätsdaten vorgesehen. Diese Daten bilden die Grundlage für ein datengetriebenes Qualitätsmanagement mit besonderem Fokus auf Rückverfolgbarkeit und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung. Insgesamt soll die Pilotlinie durch das Projekt in die Lage versetzt werden, unterschiedliche bestehende und zukünftige Batterietechnologien flexibel, effizient und skalierbar abzubilden.
