Das Plangebiet erstreckt sich dabei auf ein nördliches und ein südliches Grundstück mit hierauf jeweils zu errichtenden Baukörpern: BA Süd Baugrundstücksgröße: ca. 8.995 m2 maximale Grundfläche: ca. 3.457 m2 (Sockelgeschoss) Bruttorauminhalt: ca. 37.674 m3 (Kategorie R) Bruttogeschossfläche: ca. 7.128 m2 (Kategorie R) Max. Bauwerkshöhe OK Attika: 14,75 m BA Nord Baugrundstücksgröße: ca. 11.960 m2 maximale Grundfläche: ca. 7.549 m2 (Sockelgeschoss) Bruttorauminhalt: ca. 89.887 m3 (Kategorie R) Bruttogeschossfläche: ca. 16.927 m2 (Kategorie R) Max. Bauwerkshöhe OK Attika: 21,80 m Art der Leistung Die VE5.8 Tischlerarbeiten beinhaltet die Bemessung, Planung, Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage von u.a.: - 194 St. Innentüren aus Holz mit Stahlzargen, - 1 St. Schiebetür (v.d.W.) mit Antrieb - 63 St. Innentüren aus Holz mit Holzzargen, tlw. mit Lichtausschnitt o. Oberlicht - 160 St. Massivholzrahmentüren, tlw. mit Seitenteil u./ o. Oberlicht in versch. Abmessungen sowie Brand- und Schallschutzanforderungen, Nassraumanforderung u.dgl., sowie die Erbringung weiterer dazugehöriger Leistungen wie: - Feststellanlagen, Fluchttürüberwachungen, sonstiges Zubehör Leistungszeitraum Der Ausführungsbeginn erfolgt 12 Tage nach Auftragserteilung. Gem. vorläufigem Bauablaufterminplan sind folgende Leistungszeiträume für die Montagearbeiten der Hauptleistung auf der Baustelle avisiert: Beginn: KW 40 2026 / Ende: KW 38 2028 Lage der Baustelle Die beiden Areale sind westlich durch die Apfelstraße begrenzt und werden durch die Straße "An der Reegt" voneinander getrennt. Dem Bieter wird empfohlen, das Baugebiet/Baugrundstück vor Angebotsabgabe in eigener Verantwortung zu besichtigen um sich eine Kalkulationsgrundlage zu schaffen.
