Aus dem Rahmenvertrag sollen nach Bedarf flexibel verschiedene Testdienstleistungen (Planung, Vorbereitung, Steuerung, Durchführung, Dokumentation, Testautomatisierung) insbesondere für funktionale Tests, Lasttests, Sicherheitstests sowie Usability- und Barrierefreiheitstests einzeln abgerufen werden können. Die Einzelabrufe erfolgen durch eine abrufberechtigte Behörde oder Einrichtung des Freistaates Sachsen in Form von Einzelbeauftragungen.
