Lots Lot 1 — IT-Supportvertrag an ausgewählten Schulen des Landkreises Lörrach: Der Landkreis Lörrach beabsichtigt ab dem 01.01.2027 für 4 Jahre die IT-Support-Dienstleistungen für 10 Schulen in der Trägerschaft neu zu vergeben. Die Bekanntmachung soll Mitte/Ende Juli erfolgen. Entgegen der untenstehenden Angabe steht die Verfahrensart noch nicht fest. Gegenstand ist die Vergabe von IT-Support-Dienstleistungen für die Administration und Wartung der IT-technischen Infrastruktur unserer landkreiseigenen Schulen. Ziel ist die Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebs und die Unterstützung der einzelnen Schulen inkl. des Kreismedienzentrums. Die geforderten IT-Dienstleistungen umfassen unter anderem: •Vor-Ort-Systembetreuung und Fehlerbehebung an den genannten Standorten. •Wartung und Administration der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerktechnik, Endgeräte, Software). •Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Hard- und Software. •Dokumentation aller Supportanfragen und Lösungen (Helpdesk/Ticket-System)
