Das Bayerische Landesamt für Asyl und Rückführungen (LfAR) führt in regelmäßigen Abständen Sammelanhörungen zur Klärung der Identität von mutmaßlichen Staatsangehörigen eines Herkunftslandes durch. Der Auftrag umfasst die Bewachung, den Objektschutz sowie die Personenkontrolle für den Zeitraum dieser Sammelanhörung. Der AN erbringt die Bewachungsdienstleistung nach gesonderter Einzelbeauftragung durch den AG an circa 25 bis 60 Werktagen im Jahr. Die Dauer der jeweiligen (Einzel-)Einsätze variiert grundsätzlich zwischen 1 bis 20 Werktagen. Die tägliche Einsatzzeit wird im Rahmen des jeweiligen Einzelabrufes festgelegt. Die tägliche Rahmenzeit der täglichen Einsatzzeiten beträgt grundsätzlich von 08:00 Uhr bis 20:00 Uhr. Die Höchstabrufmenge beträgt für das Bewachungspersonal 24.000 Einsatzstunden und für den Schichtleiter 2.400 Einsatzstunden.
