Auf dem ehemaligen Industrieareal im Kasseler Stadtteil Nord-Holland entsteht der Neubau der Gesamtschule Nord+. Das moderne Schulzentrum bietet Platz für etwa 1.200 Schüler. Es führt eine dreizügige Grundstufe und eine sechszügige Sekundarstufe zusammen.

Lots Lot 1 — Neubau Gesamtschule Nord+ in Kassel - KG 420 Kälteanlagen: Die Lieferung und Erstellung der gesamten Kältetechnischen Anlagen der Ausbaustufe 1 inkl. IT- und ELT-Kühlung sowie die Verrohrung der Kleinkälte für die Küchenbereiche. im Projekt Gesamtschule Nord+. Die Leistungen umfassen im Einzelnen die Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage der o.g. kältetechnischen Anlagen des gesamten Objekts. Dazu gehören die Kälteversorgung sämtlicher RLT-Anlagen, die Verrohrung vom geplanten Standort der Kleinkälteerzeugung bis zu den geplanten Verbraucherstandorten in den Küchen-/Kühlräumen und zu kühlenden IT+ELT-Räume mittels unterschiedlicher Verbraucher im Raum. Der AG behält sich vor, die Kostengruppen 200 und 400 teilweise oder ganz an einen städtischen Versorger als Auftraggeber zu übertragen.
