Bei dem Projekt handelt es sich um den Neubau "Kita-Seniorentreff-Wohnungen" in der Liebigstraße in Ratingen. Das Gebäude ist teilunterkellert und der rechteckige Grundriss im Erdgeschoß hat Längenabmessungen von ca. 45m x 20 m.
