Lots Lot 1 — Außenfenster und Türen - GNUE Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg, Sanierung und Umbau "Kühnhaus" (SLB-2026-0399): Außenfenster und Türen: • Abbruch und Demontage von ca.310 Stk. alten Holzfenster und Türen in den Bestandsbauteilen • Feinaufmaß der Fensteröffnungen im Bestandsgebäude, sowie Werkplanung für alle neuen Fenster • Einbau von 320 Aluminiumfenstern in verschiedenen Maßen in allen Bauteilen • Einbau von ca. 20 Holzfenstern als Gaubenfenster im Bauteil B • Werkplanung und Einbau von ca. 130 Sonnenschutzeinrichtungen als Raffstore und Markisoletten • Einbau von 4 Außentüranlagen als Aluminium/Glas Ausführung
