Die GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH ist ein städtisches Unternehmen, welches u.a. für über 50 allgemeinbildende Schulen im Süden Hamburgs (Wilhelmsburg und Harburg) sowie für Gebäude des Hochschul- und Kommunalbaus die Dienstleistungen des Baus, des Betriebes und der Bewirtschaftung wahrnimmt. --------------- Sanierung und funktionale Weiterentwicklung von Haus 6 der Goethe-Schule im Bestand. Umfassende brandschutztechnische, energetische und nutzungsbedingte Ertüchtigung mit dem Ziel EG-70-Standard; inkl. Umstellung auf Luft/Wasser-Wärmepumpe und Photovoltaikanlage. Leistungen der Kostengruppen 300 und 400 einschließlich Anpassungen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (Heizung, Elektro, Gebäudeautomation) --------------- Hier: Metallbau Türen --------------- Die Leistungen umfassen die Lieferung und Montage von insgesamt 20 Stahl-Türelementen, davon 16 zweiflügelige und 4 einflügelige Elemente. Hierzu gehören 15 Brand- und Rauchschutztüren der Klassen T30-RS und T90-RS, 3 Rauchschutztüren sowie 2 dichtschließende Stahltüren. Die Türelemente werden teilweise mit verglasten Oberlichtern und Seitenteilen ausgeführt. Weiterhin ist eine runde F90-Brandschutz-Festverglasung mit einem Durchmesser von ca. 1,20 m vorgesehen. Ergänzend sind unter anderem 13 elektromechanische Feststellanlagen, 24 Deckenrauchmelder, Rahmenverbreiterungen sowie die erforderlichen Beschläge, Anschlussarbeiten und Abnahmeprüfungen Bestandteil der Ausschreibung. Die Ausführung erfolgt gemäß Planung und Leistungsverzeichnis unter Berücksichtigung der erforderlichen Brand- und Rauchschutzanforderungen.
