Lots Lot 1 — Neubau Rathausergänzungsgebäude und Umbau Bestandsgebäude; Gewerk: Glastrennwandanlage: Errichtung eines Rathausergänzungsgebäudes für die Stadtverwaltung Pfullingen, am Rande der historischen Altstadt. Das Ergänzungsgebäude schließt künftig unmittelbar an das bestehende, historische Rathaus an. Das Rathaus ist Kulturdenkmal. Für die Erschließung des neuen Anbaus sind auch Eingriffe in die Bausubstanz des Altbaus von 1685 und in den Anbau von 1905 notwendig. Es finden umfangreiche Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen im Bestand statt. Dabei werden alle Bauteile instandgesetzt sowie die haustechnische Ausstattung erneuert. Arbeiten im Bestand bei laufendem Betrieb. Für das Gewerk Tischlerarbeiten Glastrennwand sind folgende Abeiten notwendig: - ca. 37 qm Glastrennwand, bestehend aus: - Vollwandelementen, 5 Stk. - Glaselementen, 8 Stk. - Glas-Türelementen, 3 Stk.
