Lots Lot 1 — Neubau der Offenen Ganztagsschule (OGS) in der Gemeinde Kropp - Fenster, Haustüren und PR Fassaden: Die Gemeinde Kropp beabsichtigt, die Geestlandschule um einen zweigeschossigen Neubau für den Offenen Ganztag (OGS) zu erweitern. Die Vergabeunterlagen umfassen die Fenster-, Haustür- und Pfosten-Riegel-Fassadenarbeiten. Dazu gehören hochwärmegedämmte Aluminium-Blockfenster als Einzelfenster und Fensterbänder mit opaken Festfeldern, einschließlich Außenfensterbänken und Bedarfspositionen für Einbruchhemmung RC 2. Ferner gehören dazu zweigeschossige Aluminium-Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden mit großformatigen Festverglasungen, absturzsichernden Brüstungsverglasungen und integrierten ein- und zweiflügeligen Haustüren als Notausgangstüren nach DIN EN 179, einschließlich Werk- und Montageplanung, statischer Nachweise und Baukörperanschlüssen an zweischaliges Mauerwerk. Die Ausführung erfolgt bei laufendem Schulbetrieb zwischen Bestandsschule und Turnhalle. Ausführungszeitraum: 23.11.26 - 11.06.27
